How do I register for the website?

If you already have an account with us, please contact your local sales agent, or call us on 01732 885865, or email LAS.Sales@robertogroup.com and we will be able to email your login details to you.

If you aren’t yet a stockist for L A Smith, please click here to complete our online application.

What are your delivery times?

We try very hard to despatch all orders received before 13:30 the same day.

UK orders, including Northern Ireland and outlying islands, are despatched on a 1-2 day service, so you will receive them either the following day, or the day after that.

Republic of Ireland orders are despatched on a 1-3 day service, so it may take a day longer for you to receive your goods.

What do you charge for delivery?

For orders over £125 (UK) or €175 (Republic of Ireland), we don’t charge delivery at all. Orders under those amounts attract a ‘small order charge’ of £7.50 (UK) / €12.00 (Republic of Ireland), which simply reflects our costs in despatching smaller orders.

How do you handle returns?

On the very rare occasion that product arrives with you that isn’t in perfect condition for whatever reason, or wasn’t what you expected, of course we will accept it back into stock and issue a credit note promptly for both the goods and the postage to return it to us.

We try to be flexible and helpful and accept back other returns wherever possible provided (a) the goods were despatched to you within the past month, (b) the goods are returned in perfect order, including swing tags, labels, etc.

In cases where our flexibility and helpfulness are being taken advantage of, we reserve the right to impose a restocking charge of 25%.
